These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Sakutoto online gaming platform, including its website, mobile applications, games, sportsbook, promotional features, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service") operated by Sakutoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by Sakutoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, ourPrivacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language in the event of any ambiguity or dispute. If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to have full force and effect.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with Sakutoto, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be registering as an individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact number;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Sakutoto employee or associated service provider;
• Not have a prior Account that was suspended or terminated by Sakutoto for a breach of these Terms;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Sakutoto reserves the right to verify eligibility of any User at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or the provision of false information during registration, may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referal to relevant authorities where warranted.

Each individual User may hold onlyone (1) Account with Sakutoto. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Sakutoto immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Sakutoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, Sakutoto is required to verify your identity in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, driver's licence, or passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• A clear selfie holding your identification document, upon request.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed due to failure to provide satisfactory documentation may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the matter is resolved.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, and that Sakutoto does not guarantee winings, outcomes, or the suitability of any game for your individual circumstances.

You agree that all wagers and gaming decisions made through your Account are made voluntarily and at your own risk. Sakutoto provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from third-party interference at all times, although we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain99.9% platform availability.

Mobile and Third-Party Access

You may access Sakutoto via mobile browsers or applications. Data charges from your telecommunications provider may apply and are your responsibility. Sakutoto is not liable for any losses, service interruptions, or data breaches resulting from your device, internet connection, or third-party applications.

Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made on your behalf by another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension. Minimum deposit amounts start fromRM30 for most supported methods, subject to individual payment provider limits.

Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Processing times vary: e-wallets and DuitNow are typically instant; FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed;
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds must be fully met;
• Your withdrawal amount must not exceed your Account's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits;
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit, where technically applicable;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews or compliance flags.

E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to several hours on business days. Sakutoto does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Sakutoto offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of claim. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Standard rollover rates range from 10x to 30x and are published clearly on each promotion page;
• Maximum Bet Cap: While bonus funds are active, individual bets are typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500. Exceeding this cap may result in the voiding of the bonus and any winings derived from it;
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games and live dealer titles may contribute a lower rate (10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any uncleared winnings are forfeited automatically;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Abuse of Bonuses: Sakutoto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where pattern betting, arbitrage, or systematic abuse of promotional offers is identified.

Sakutoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to read the individual Terms & Conditions for each promotion before opting in.

All bets placed through the Sakutoto Platform are final once confirmed. Results are determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer outcome, or sporting event result as applicable. In the event of a technical fault or discrepancy between the Platform display and the actual game outcome, Sakutoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's Wallet.

Sportsbook

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major events — are governed by the sportsbook-specific rules available on the relevant betting market page. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Sakutoto reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific Accounts where risk management warants it.

Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, and RNG table games, are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified and published for all available titles. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes; all RNG-based games operate on certified random number generation systems.

Sakutoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sakutoto Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action:

• Registering more than one Account under any identity or via any means;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to place or retain bets that would otherwise not be available;
• Coluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPNs, proxies, or other geo-masking technologies;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or any conduct designed to reverse a genuine and authorised transaction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Sakutoto staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Sakutoto reserves the right to withold, suspend, or permanently forfeit any Account balance where prohibited conduct is confirmed, and to report such conduct to relevant regulatory law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Sakutoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sakutoto or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Sakutoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sakutoto, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Sakutoto's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate a User Account at any time. You may close your Account by contacting Sakutoto support via live chat. Sakutoto may suspend or permanently terminate an Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity associated with the Account;
• Confirmed minors access or provision of false age information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, Sakutoto reserves the right to withold or forfeit any Account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a voluntary closure request and no breach is identified, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet after meeting all applicable conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Sakutoto's operating licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform under their own jurisdiction's laws and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local regulations.

Sakutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms come into effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as provided in Section 13.
